This policy describes how Visioco (SASU), operating the Voyanz platform ("we", "the Platform"), collects and processes your personal data when you use voyanz.com and the Voyanz mobile application.

1. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- Account: identity, date of birth, email, mobile number, password (stored securely, never in plain text), preferences (newsletter, language).
- Consultations: session history (chat, phone, video), messages, appointments, reviews.
- Payments: transactions, packages, wallet balance — via Stripe (we do not store your full card number).
- Communications: transactional emails and SMS (confirmations, reminders), customer support.
- Technical: connection logs, session identifiers, data required for the app to work (WebSocket, notifications).
- Recordings (where applicable): some phone calls or video sessions may be recorded under the conditions described in section 6 and our Terms of Use.

3. Recipients and processors
Your data may be shared, strictly as needed, with:
- Voyanz professionals you consult (only information required for the session).
- Stripe — payments and payouts to professionals.
- Twilio — phone calls and SMS verification.
- Mailjet — email delivery.
- Agora (or equivalent) — video conferencing.
- Hosting provider — OVH (infrastructure).
We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.
4. Retention periods
- Active account: data kept while the account exists.
- Deleted account: deletion or anonymisation within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal obligations (invoicing, disputes).
- Invoices: statutory accounting retention.
- Chat messages: kept as long as needed for the service and moderation.
- Call / video recordings: six (6) months from the session date, then automatic deletion, unless a legal obligation or ongoing procedure applies.
- Technical logs: limited retention (security and diagnostics).
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability (where applicable), and the right to withdraw consent for processing based on consent.

We respond within one month (extendable for complex requests).
Complaint: you may contact the French CNIL (cnil.fr).
6. Recordings and security
- Consultations are for well-being and entertainment; they do not replace medical, legal, or financial advice.
- An audio message may remind you that a phone call is recorded when recording applies.
- Some recorded sessions may undergo automated analysis (transcription / detection) for platform security (e.g. prohibition on sharing phone numbers outside Voyanz).
7. Cookies and trackers
The public website uses audience and functional cookies (login, preferences). You can manage your choice via the cookie banner on first visit. The mobile app does not use the same mechanisms as a browser; session identifiers are used only for authentication.
8. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (e.g. Stripe, Twilio, Agora) may process data outside the European Union. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions) are implemented by those providers.
9. Minors
Voyanz is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by appropriate means.
